Tickets & ConfirmationImmediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a receipt of booking by email. Description
Please Note: When booking this tour, in the fields provided, please include the full name of each participant and your arrival date in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Your adventure begins with complimentary Waikiki hotel pickup and a short 20-minute drive to our hiking site, where we'll spend the rest of the tour on foot! This tour requires a moderate fitness level and will consist of a 2-mile walk.
Observe Hawaii's rainforest plants and birds as we walk into the lush Koolau Mountains that rise above Kaneohe. Average annual rainfall for the Koolau Mountains varies from 50 to 250 inches, most of which is received at higher elevations along the entire length of the northeastern side of Oahu.
The best way to visit these natural areas is on foot, accompanied by the best guides on the island. Our tour concludes with a complimentary return to your Waikiki hotel.

Use of a backpack, binoculars, flashlight, walking staff and raincoat is provided free of charge for all guests on this tour. A refreshing bottle of natural spring water is always included for every hiker!

It was very informative and our guide was quite excellent. He even offered to extend the tour so that everyone could get much more out of the experience and would not need to rush through it. However, some in the group of twelve people rushed all of us through the hike as they hurried the guide along so that they could be back at their hotels promptly. The tour would have been more enjoyable at a more leisurely pace as advertised on the website. Furthermore, we were unable to get good photographs as we were rushed through the stop points along the trail because of other guests' needs to hurry along. We do think that this was worth doing nonetheless.
