Let us pick you up from your Waikiki hotel for your 40 to 55 minute interisland flight to the Big Island. Upon landing, your friendly, professional driver-guide will greet you and begin the tour! Travel by luxury, air-conditioned mini-coach past waterfalls and gardens before climbing the road up to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park (admission included).

We'll spend about 1 hour at Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. Tour the museum and watch a video filled with volcanic eruptions! Hungry yet? Lunch is off-the-menu at the Volcano House (meal not included), located at the Hawaii Volcanoes National Park.

Then, we'll stop at Rainbow Falls! Rainbow Falls is only 80-feet high, but it out-produces any other waterfall in the state in sheer water volume. Spend about 20 minutes at the falls for some incredible photo opportunities!

Located on the lush green slopes of Mauna Loa on the Hilo side of the island, are Hawaii's lush Orchid Gardens. Arguably, these gardens produce the most beautiful plants and flowers you can find anywhere. We'll spend some time exploring the gardens and compare the various flora types.

Our tour concludes at approximately 5:00 PM – at which time, we'll make the 30-minute ride back to the airport for our brief 40 to 55 minute flight to Honolulu. Upon arrival in Honolulu, our friendly mini-coach driver will meet you and provide complimentary return to your Waikiki hotel!

TSA Security Info: The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requires you to enter the following for each traveler: full name (as it appears on passport or government issued ID) and date of birth.  Failure to provide this information could result in additional TSA screening.

Due to the extreme popularity of this 1-day tour, a minimum 10-day advance booking is required. Anything booked within 10 days will be subject to availability.

THE NAMES GIVEN TO US MUST BE EXACTLY AS THEY APPEAR ON EACH PASSENGER'S PHOTO I.D.

Our Interisland Air Carriers will deny boarding if the passenger's legal name, as shown on their valid, government-issued ID, does not match the name on their Voucher. This is a Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and FAA requirement. Air Carriers proven to be non-compliant are subject to severe penalties; thus, there is no flexibility with this policy.

You will be REQUIRED to show a picture ID to board the plane. Passengers denied boarding due to their lack of proper identification will be subject to a 100% no-show cancellation penalty.

Health Notice:
The terrain is uneven and rough. We discourage very young children & passengers with breathing problems. There is a possibility of exposure to fumes from the sulphur.

When lava enters the ocean, the intense heat produces a plume cloud with dangerous and potentially life threatening toxic gases, super heated steam & hydrochloric acid. Airborne particles are a hazard to your eyes and lungs. Watch for shifting winds that can blow acid mist clouds over you. Leave the area at once.

Sharp lava cracks and holes, loose rock, and thin crust greatly increase your risk of getting hurt. Falling on lava can result in nasty wounds. Wear sturdy walking shoes. Use sunscreen, wear a hat & drink plenty of fluids.

Air travelers may now carry liquids, gels & aerosols in their carry-on bag when going through security checkpoints. With certain exceptions for prescription and over-the-counter medicines, baby formula/breast milk & other essential liquids, gels & aerosols, the following rules apply to all liquids, gels & aerosols you want to carry through a security checkpoint.

Make Your Trip Better Using 3-1-1
3–1–1 for carry-ons = 3 ounce bottle or less; 1 quart-sized, clear, plastic, zip-top bag; 1 bag per passenger placed in screening bin. One-quart bag per person limits the total liquid volume each traveler can bring. 3 oz. container size is a security measure.

Consolidate bottles into one bag and X-ray separately to speed screening. Be prepared. Each time TSA searches a carry-on it slows down the line. Practicing 3-1-1 will ensure a faster and easier checkpoint experience.

Declare larger liquids. Prescription medications, baby formula & milk are allowed in quantities exceeding three ounces and are not required to be in the zip-top bag. Declare these items for inspection at the checkpoint.
