TSA Security Info: The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requires you to enter the following for each traveler: full name (as it appears on passport or government issued ID) and date of birth. Failure to provide this information could result in additional TSA screening.
Once reservation is made, tour is Non-Refundable and Non-Changeable.
THE NAMES GIVEN TO US MUST BE EXACTLY AS THEY APPEAR ON EACH PASSENGER'S PHOTO I.D.
Our Interisland Air Carriers will deny boarding if the passenger's legal name, as shown on their valid, government-issued ID, does not match the name on their Voucher. This is a Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and FAA requirement. Air Carriers proven to be non-compliant are subject to severe penalties; thus, there is no flexibility with this policy.
You will be REQUIRED to show a picture ID to board the plane. Passengers denied boarding due to their lack of proper identification will be subject to a 100% no-show cancellation penalty.
Please Note:
Air travelers may now carry liquids, gels & aerosols in their carry-on bag when going through security checkpoints. With certain exceptions for prescription and over-the-counter medicines, baby formula/breast milk & other essential liquids, gels & aerosols, the following rules apply to all liquids, gels & aerosols you want to carry through a security checkpoint.
Make Your Trip Better Using 3-1-1
3–1–1 for carry-ons = 3 ounce bottle or less; 1 quart-sized, clear, plastic, zip-top bag; 1 bag per passenger placed in screening bin. One-quart bag per person limits the total liquid volume each traveler can bring. 3 oz. container size is a security measure.
Consolidate bottles into one bag and X-ray separately to speed screening. Be prepared. Each time TSA searches a carry-on it slows down the line. Practicing 3-1-1 will ensure a faster and easier checkpoint experience.
Declare larger liquids. Prescription medications, baby formula & milk are allowed in quantities exceeding three ounces and are not required to be in the zip-top bag. Declare these items for inspection at the checkpoint.

This trip was wonderful. Hawaii became a state on my 1st birthday and for some time now, I have been hoping to visit. August 21, 2009 my drean came true - I was visiting Hawaii on its 50th birthday. Our tour guide was fantastic, very knowledgeable and the stories he told were as if he had lived through them. The craters were awesome and breath taking, almost didn't seem real. We walked out to the Black Sand Beach and were so blessed to see two green sea turtles basking in the sun. The tour is early and lengthy, but for what you are rewarded with seeing it is well worth it. Once in a life time experience.

There is only one word for it GREAT! Especially our guide. He made us realize that we were staying on the wrong island because the Big Island is so much nicer, beautiful and more relaxed than Oahu.

The driver was entertaining, knowledgeable and did an excellent narrative during the entire tour. I would have liked to have seen the volcano flow nearer the water.

It was a long day, but well worth it. We got to see so much of the island. The black sand beach, Rainbow Falls, and the Volcanoes National Park were great. We would do it again!

This tour is the best! We covered most of the Big Island. Also, the visit to the volcano was pretty interesting. It is a good tour if you want to see the Big Island without spending the night there.
